Make the most of your mornings by starting the night before


In an attempt to make our mornings go smoother, I decided I needed to start the night before.  I have always been one to try to get the kids clothes laid out the night before, but I decided to make a list of 5 things I MUST DO each evening before I go to bed.  As I contemplated my 5 things, I realized that I could only narrow it down to 6 things.  So here is my list of 6 things I plan to have done each night before bed for the next 30 days.

  1. Dishes done
  2. Lunches made
  3. Breakfast planned/made & table set
  4. Backpacks ready
  5. Clothes laid out
  6. Bible read

Most of these things I try to have done anyway, but planning breakfast & setting the table the night before are something new I’m trying.  It worked pretty well this morning & I am going to commit to doing it for 30 days.
